The walking festival brought together thousands of athletes from both banks of the Amur

As reported in administration of Blagoveshchensk, lovers of sports and a healthy lifestyle of Blagoveshchensk and Heihe walked along the banks of the Amur. The walking festival is held in honor of the turn of the two-year anniversary of cooperation between Russia and China in the field of physical culture and sports.
On the first day of 2023, there was background walking on the Chinese side. Starting in the Aigun district of Heihe city from Century (Era) Square, Chinese athletes went to the Aihui-Tengchong Line theme park, dedicated to the conditional diagonal of China’s geographical and demographic division.
Residents of Blagoveshchensk walked along the river – the border between the countries. In the last week of December, members of the Nordic Walking and Run to Dream clubs marched with Russian flags along the city’s embankment from the flagpole to the lighthouse.
