PSA and ultrasound are classics. Ultrasound will give an answer, what is the volume of the prostate gland and whether there are suspicious areas. I would associate the frequency of visits to the doctor even more with sexual activity: if a person has changed two partners in a year, then after 30 years you need to check and get checked.
