A press conference was held at the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of the Penza Region on the results of the international competitions “Cup of the CIS and SCO countries.”
Penza won at international competitions in the weight category up to 580 kilograms.
According to the results of the Russian Championship, the women’s team from the Penza region up to 560 kilograms took gold, as well as in the mixed category up to 580 kg: the team of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Penza region earned gold, the second was won by the Diesel Penza Region team. Men in weight up to 720 kg became the third.
The Minister of Physical Culture and Sports of the Penza Region Evgeniya Bochkareva expressed her gratitude to the coaches and athletes for the increased level of representation of the Penza Region.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of the Penza Region, at the end of the conference, the coaches and the president of the regional federation received letters of thanks from the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of the Penza Region.
