The championship in the Western Conference of the Major League continues for Nizhny Novgorod “Norman”. The reserve team of the Nizhny Novgorod “Torpedo” is spending its 4th season at the level of the second most important mini-football division and this year is claiming the highest places. The level of young futsal players from the Torpedo system has grown significantly, and some of them are already being actively recruited to participate in Super League matches for the main team. “Norman” is also strengthening itself at the expense of the main team players.
On December 9, Nizhny Novgorod “Norman” will play its next match as part of the regular championship of the Major League. The black-and-greens will have an away match against the reserve team of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation – one of the main competitors for leadership in the Western Conference, which in the first round was able to beat Norman with a score of 4:3 on the floor of the Meshchersky Sports and Sports Complex.
To help in the meeting with the leader of the standings, Torpedo goalkeeper Evgeniy Ivanyak was sent to Norman. The experienced goaltender has played several times for Norman and has always stood out with his skills at the Major League level. In the meeting against the Communist Party of the Russian Federation-2, Evgeniy’s confident actions at the last line will definitely help Norman’s young futsal players feel more liberated.
