School teacher Andrey Zaduraev set a record by walking from Moscow to St. Petersburg, according to “Championship”.
Andrey works in one of the schools in New Moscow. He got on foot from the Central Ring Road to the Ring Road, covering 700.24 km in 17 days.
Zaduraev left Moscow on June 28, and after 17 days, on July 14, he posted his photo from St. Petersburg on social networks. On average, a tourist walked 50-80 km per day, and his path ran through cities such as Klin, Tver, Torzhok, Valdai and Veliky Novgorod.
The teacher’s record is included in the International Book of Records of the Interrecord Agency and the Register of Records of Russia.
