In Cheboksary, a 34-year-old geography teacher of the Chuvash Cadet Corps recently resigned. On the video that got on the Web, the guy is chasing a young teacher in his car, using foul language and calling her “the main whore of the country.” The teacher was reportedly bullied by “students, parents, colleagues.”
After the video was “leaked” to the Web and the hype arose, Georgy recorded a sequel with an apology to the teacher, explaining that he “spoke nonsense because of a petty school offense at grades.” But this did not reduce the degree of indignation at his act of the public. The high-ranking father of the cadet, Igor Tatur, said then that he had “toughly talked” with his son and allegedly he “understood everything”. The official sent an apology text to the teacher.
However, this story did not end successfully: on January 25, it became known that the teacher Olga Kalaeva had resigned. The director of the educational institution who supported her also resigned from her post.
“Olga Nikolaevna is a kind and intelligent teacher,” her former classmate Irina Perfilova shared with MK. “A holy man, as they say about such people!”
On the website of the BOU “Chuvash Cadet Corps of the Volga Federal District (Privolzhsky Federal District) named after. A.V. Kochetov” says: “The school specializes in the patriotic education of the younger generation, in preparation for serving the Fatherland in the military and civilian fields.”
However, as “MK” found out after talking with many cadets and their parents, the history of the teacher’s conflict relations within the ChKK dates back long before this incident.
A pupil of the cadet school, for whom Olga Nikolaevna was a class teacher, very much regrets her departure:
– She is very good-natured, always cheerful, always charges us with positive! Even now, after her departure, she remains in touch with us and supports us in everything. We really didn’t want her to quit!
The cadet believes that their teacher quit due to internal quarrels within the teaching staff and because of “envious” students from other classes.
– From the 5th grade (now I’m in the 9th grade), Olga Nikolaevna and I often went to museums, went on excursions to other cities, etc., participated in all competitions, and other classes envied us. Once, in the 7th grade, someone wrote a complaint against her on behalf of our class (allegedly she screamed at us, almost beat us), the signatures there were forged. There is an assumption that it was a parallel class. Olga Nikolaevna was also dissatisfied with one teacher, they were in conflict. And complaints about Olga Nikolaevna began to pour in from the students of his class …
As another cadet told us, the very same Georgy Tatur, who had already graduated from the Cheka, was from the “hostile” class.
– They were annoyed that Olga Nikolaevna supported us in everything. And we started a war between classes, – the student told us. – They began to write various complaints to prevent our active participation in competitions and joint class trips. That video with insults, filmed by Tatur, was the final point.
“MK” also talked to the father of one of the Cheka cadets.
“Kalaeva is a brilliant teacher, her students were active participants in the projects of the Search Movement of Russia and the Russian Geographical Society, with their work they took the highest places in various competitions,” he told us. – But you know, the school pedagogical team is sometimes comparable to a serpentarium! Olga Nikolaevna resigned of her own free will, but the dismissal was the result of “conspiracy and repeated unfounded, deliberate, unsubstantiated complaints from teachers (surnames), parents (a specific class is indicated),” as she indicated in her letter of resignation.
On January 31, the Ministry of Education of Chuvashia, however, stood up for the teacher, “expressing concern” about this situation:
“We find out the real reasons that made her write a letter of resignation,” the department commented. – The issue of reinstating her at work is being worked out. If she does not agree to return to the cadet corps, we will provide maximum assistance in finding employment in another educational organization. The experience of a teacher is invaluable.
