CWP and labor education have returned to school – is it good or bad, and how will harsh practical skills take root among the generation of gadgets? An honored teacher and a practicing psychologist, in an interview with MK, believe that “works” and military training will be beneficial if they are organized correctly.

“The fact is that under the Soviet regime, for example, girls were picking cotton for the entire first quarter,” recalls Yamburg. – And in the collective farms – potatoes, and the children lagged behind by a whole quarter. It was, of course, disgusting.

Yamburg says that school work should be creative: children already now “work with 3D printers and are quite capable of creating know-how.” The same approach with respect to the NVP-OBZh: not to force them to march in formation, but to teach, for example, how to behave in a terrorist threat, “when the crowd rages.” Or drone control is a useful skill in civilian life.

Psychologist Idzikovskaya says that the foundations of IT on “works” are fine, but for everything else, “diversification by region” is needed: no one has canceled the difference between the city and the countryside. “Some people learn physics better in laboratories, while others learn about car repairs,” adds Yamburg. Work at school can be very diverse: pottery, jewelry, stained glass, a hairdresser: “Let everyone try.”

The experts did not bypass the innovations and subjects that are only planned to be introduced in schools. For example, the sensational family science. Its foundations should be in kindergartens, “until there is still a riot of hormones, to explain the difference between a boy and a girl.”

Uniform school uniforms are another upcoming innovation that worries parents. Both the honored teacher and the child psychologist believe that it is unlikely to be exactly the same. “Let each school have its own uniform, taking into account the region, national traditions,” suggests Yamburg. At the same time, Evgeny Yamburg does not believe that the program is so overloaded. It’s just that the schedule, ideally, should adapt to the capabilities of each child. Now in ordinary schools there are many children with deviant development: with ADHD, autism, etc.

“For a gifted student and 10 hours of mathematics, this is a drive,” the academician believes. “And if I force you to learn Chinese, but you are not interested, it will be torture.” Therefore, variable programs are needed first of all.

Regarding the “difficult USE”, Yamburg spoke about a life hack that the “traditional director” would not like very much. On the day of passing the exam at his school, there are “rehearsals of performances, graduations: because a complete idiot will cram on the day of the exam.” But the theater “removes the acting clamp”, and children pass the exam easier.

Yevgeny Idzikovsky, who also started as a teacher, believes that it is very important to find the right motivation for passing the exam and not intimidate the child: “You will be a janitor if you don’t pass the exam.” And when “pulling up” on the subject, find a point where it was still “good”. In his experience, this is most often grades 3-5. From this moment on, “you need to dance” in tutoring or independently catching up on material, even if the child is already in grade 8-9 or older.

“Today it is not enough to be a teacher of history, a teacher of physics, a teacher of mathematics,” says Yamburg. “It is necessary that all of them receive parallel knowledge in IT technology, psychology, and neuropsychology.
