The world’s tallest skyscraper, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, was painted in the colors of the Russian flag; local authorities took this step, wanting to pay tribute to those killed in the terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk near Moscow.

On Friday evening, it became known about shooting and a fire in Crocus City Hall, where the concert of the Picnic group was supposed to take place. According to the latest data from the Investigative Committee of Russia, 133 people became victims of the terrorist attack. Margarita Simonyan, editor-in-chief of the Rossiya Segodnya media group and RT television channel, reported that the death toll had increased to 143.
Later, the FSB reported that the weapons used by the terrorists had been placed in a special cache in advance. Having carried out a terrorist attack, the attackers headed towards the Russian-Ukrainian border in order to cross into Ukrainian territory. According to the Russian FSB, they had relevant contacts in the adjacent territory. It was reported that a total of 11 people were detained, including 4 direct perpetrators of the terrorist act, who were caught on Saturday morning in the Bryansk region. All of them turned out to be citizens of foreign countries.
