The Tagansky District Court of Moscow registered a class action lawsuit against blogger and TV presenter Anastasia Ivleeva after a party with an almost naked dress code at the Moscow club Mutabor. The second defendant was PJSC Mobile Telesystems (MTS). Claim Information posted on the official website of the Moscow City Court.
As noted TASS with reference to the plaintiffs, they demand to recover 1 billion rubles from Ms. Ivleeva and MTS. According to the claims, the defendants must transfer this amount to the state fund for supporting participants in the military operation in Ukraine “Defenders of the Fatherland.” Previous lawsuit with the same requirements served to the Khamovnichesky District Court of the capital (only Anastasia Ivleeva was the defendant), but was not accepted for consideration by the court.
Anastasia Ivleeva’s “almost naked” party took place at the Mutabor club on the night of December 21, 2023. After a public outcry, Anastasia Ivleeva, as well as several famous guests of the party (Philip Kirkorov, Dima Bilan, Ksenia Sobchak and Lolita) published an apology video. The court fined Anastasia Ivleeva 100 thousand rubles, and one of the party participants, rapper Vacio (Nikolai Vasilyev), fined 200 thousand rubles, and also arrested first for 15 days, then for another 10. On January 10, the court suspended the work club for 90 days.
