The State Duma will prepare a statement in connection with the video of the execution of the Russian military

The State Duma tomorrow, November 22, will consider the application in connection with the appearance of videos with the execution of Russian prisoners of war. This is reported in Telegram channel State Duma. The first vice-speaker of the chamber, Alexander Zhukov, said that statements are submitted by two committees of the State Duma – on defense and international affairs.

Today, November 21, State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin wrote in his Telegram channel, that the Ukrainian side deserves “the most severe punishment” for the execution of Russian prisoners of war. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, according to Mr. Volodin, must appear before the tribunal.

Earlier, video recordings depicting servicemen in Russian uniforms were distributed on Telegram channels. By order of people in the military uniform of Ukraine, they lie down in a line facing the ground. In the second video, soldiers lie motionless with bloodied heads.

In response to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported about the “deliberate and methodical” execution of ten Russian soldiers by the Ukrainian army. At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation urged international organizations to investigate the incident. At the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner, where the Human Rights Council under the President of the Russian Federation sent video already study happened.
