After the state of emergency in the Moscow region, deputy Butskaya urged to strengthen control over attractions
Tatyana Butskaya, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Family, Women and Children, in a conversation with “Gazeta.Ru” commented on the state of emergency in Orekhovo-Zuyevo, where two girls were injured due to a wagon that came off the carousel.
According to Butskaya, it is necessary to create a single department in Russia to control the operation of children’s attractions, and to oblige manufacturers to repair them.
Now, according to her, “there is a manufacturer or distributor, one produces, the second introduces …, receives a certificate.” And after that, “it presents one exhibit, which is certified, and then it is given a certificate for the batch, or for some time” and that, as the deputy noted, is all.
The next stage is installation and maintenance, which are occupied by “already other companies, that is, the one who accepts the balance.”
And, as Butskaya noted, “it’s good if the company that took it on its balance sheet has contact with this manufacturer.”
However, different things happen with rides – “something always breaks off somewhere, some spare parts are needed somewhere.”
At the same time, as the deputy emphasized, “Uncle Vitya should not be in any case with a hammer, with a screwdriver, who is fixing something there.” The rides should be repaired “by those who produced and know everything about the technological features.”
Now, under the current system, Slutskaya said, “everyone is waiting for an opportunity,” but so far nothing has happened, they do not pay attention to the state of the rides.
As the parliamentarian stated, she does not let her child on the carousel.
The day before, after the breakdown of the attraction in Orekhovo-Zuyevo, according to the prosecutor’s office, two 15-year-old girls were injured, they were hospitalized. A criminal case has been initiated. The park is subject to security checks.
