“Due to the unfavorable forecast, city services have been put on high alert, vital facilities and the fuel and energy complex have been taken under special control,” said Deputy Moscow Mayor Pyotr Biryukov.

The department urged Moscow residents not to hide under trees and not to park cars near them in case of bad weather.
