Deputy from the faction of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR) Vladimir Koshelev proposed to establish quotas for employees at each enterprise who will be able to receive reservations from partial mobilization, write “News”.
As the author of the initiative explained, this was done during the Great Patriotic War. “Then “armored” were 47% of Muscovites-men. And on average, at the enterprises of the country – up to 25%, ”the parliamentarian shared the details.
From Koshelev’s point of view, in order to resolve the quota, it is necessary to determine the minimum percentage of the staff, which is important for maintaining production volumes.
The deputy noted that now the “fan-shaped” distribution of agendas is unacceptable, employees of backbone enterprises, specialists of all profiles and young scientists are needed in the workplace.
