The Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea (RK), Vladimir Konstantinov, proposed sending Russian men who did not serve in the army for military training. As an example, he told a story about how he himself once underwent military retraining for three months, for which he was taken, despite his leadership position.
“I didn’t even have time to say at work that I was leaving – it happened so quickly … And this is important for every man to go through. We have a category of people who have not served in the army, young and older, for example, 40 years old. Why not send them to military training for a few months?” – noted the speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan in his Telegram channel.
According to him, based on the results of the exercises, which should take place outside the combat zone, an assessment will be formed for each man: if there are health problems, a person can be in reserve in the auxiliary troops.
He also stressed that mobilization activities are needed in peacetime and should cover the entire society.
Recall that in Russia they announced a partial mobilization on September 21. In the Crimea and Sevastopol, more than 2 thousand people were drafted into the army, who were in reserve. Formerly regional authorities accepted in the first reading, a draft law on free and simplified provision of land plots for the construction of houses to participants in the military operation in Ukraine.
