The State Duma proposed introducing in the Russian social networks VK, Odnoklassniki and Zen the ability to block users if they indulge in obsessive harassment and bullying. RT reports this.
As reported, Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Vladislav Davankov made an advising proposal. He has already approached VK General Director Vladimir Kiriyenko with a corresponding proposal.
According to Davankov, if a user for the first time allows himself to engage in “psychological and verbal violence” against others, as in personal correspondence or comments, then he should be blocked for 3 days. For repeated violations, the Vice Speaker of the State Duma proposes to block the page of an aggressive user forever and without the possibility of recovery.
