State Duma deputies from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation have developed and prepared a bill, according to which banks and credit organizations are invited to prohibit the transfer of information to collectors about participants in a special military operation, including those called up for partial mobilization, as well as their families.
It is clarified that the bill provides for the introduction of a ban on the transfer of information about clients – participants of the SVO in Ukraine to banking or other credit institutions.
“Among other things, it is impossible to transfer information that concerns their families to legal entities or individuals acting in the interests of the creditor, that is, performing legally or actually collection functions,” the document says.
