Sky News: Britain believes Nord Stream incidents are related to explosions

TV channel sky newsciting a source in the British Ministry of Defense, said that the incidents at Nord Stream could have occurred due to an attack using remotely triggered underwater explosive devices.
The British authorities believe that the mines could have been lowered to the bottom of the sea using a long chain, an underwater drone, or thrown overboard from a boat. At the same time, the mines could have been placed several years or months ago.
According to the source, the Baltic Sea is not very deep, so the option that suggests that a “Russian submarine” could have planted explosive devices is out of the question. Such actions could not be carried out without detection.
Recall that on September 26, incidents occurred on two Russian export gas pipelines to Europe. Two gas leaks were discovered at Nord Stream and one at Nord Stream 2.
