The State Duma Commission announced the activation of NATO intelligence services ahead of the elections

The State Duma Commission to investigate the facts of interference of foreign states in the internal affairs of the Russian Federation records the activation of NATO intelligence services in connection with the start of the presidential election campaign. This was stated by the chairman of the commission Vasily Piskarev. He noted that the commission will transfer data on the identified facts to the Central Election Commission and the Prosecutor General’s Office.
“The commission records the intensification of the activities of the intelligence services of NATO countries, non-governmental organizations controlled by them and “agents of influence” in connection with the start of the presidential election campaign in Russia. Attempts are being made to organize a series of illegal actions on the territory of our country during the election campaign. “Provocateurs are being trained,” said Vasily Piskarev (quoted from Telegram-commission channel).
Mr. Piskarev claims that special trainings have been organized to train “provocateurs.” According to him, they are carried out in the Baltic countries and Georgia. “Training events are being held for “pseudo-observers”, as well as for so-called “journalists in exile.” This activity is carried out through organizational and grant support funded, among other things, by the German Foreign Ministry,” he added.
Voting in the Russian presidential elections will take place over three days – March 15, 16 and 17, 2024. The decision to run has already been announced by the former Minister of Defense of the DPR and ex-FSB officer Igor Strelkov, the mayor of Dolgoprudny and ex-State Duma deputy from the Union of Right Forces Boris Nadezhdin and the head of the Federal Political Committee of the Yabloko party Grigory Yavlinsky. Participation in elections also will accept current Russian President Vladimir Putin. If he wins, this will be his fifth term at the head of state.
