The head of the State Duma Committee on Labor and Social Policy, Yaroslav Nilov, proposed a new measure to the Minister of Science and Higher Education, Valery Falkov, which, according to the parliamentarian, will help increase the birth rate in the country. Nilov suggests that Falkov consider the proposal to open kindergartens at accredited universities. The deputy believes that this will help young parents and will encourage them to give birth without interrupting their studies.
