The State Duma adopted in the first reading bill, involving the introduction of fines up to 500 thousand rubles. for taxi aggregators for transferring orders to drivers who do not have the right to carry out transportation. Also, taxi services will be liable for failure to provide information about the start of their activities or about changes in it.
Behind order transfer taxi drivers who do not have the right to carry out transportation, the fine for citizens will be from 1 thousand to 3 thousand rubles, for officials – from 20 thousand to 30 thousand rubles, for legal entities – from 100 thousand to 200 thousand rubles
If during the year the aggregator again committed such an offense, a repeated fine for citizens will be from 3 thousand to 5 thousand rubles, for officials – from 30 thousand to 50 thousand rubles, for legal entities – from 200 thousand to 500 thousand roubles.

If the aggregator did not specify on your website data required by law, the size of the fine for citizens will be from 1 thousand to 3 thousand rubles, for officials – from 5 thousand to 10 thousand rubles, for legal entities – from 10 thousand to 20 thousand rubles.
“We are confident that the bill will create clear rules for both the taxi services themselves and protect the interests of our passengers and clients of these services,” said Anton Getta, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee for the Protection of Competition (quoted from site State Duma).
Police officers will be responsible for checking the units and compiling protocols. The decision on the amount of the fine will be made by the courts after consideration of the claim.
