State Duma deputies adopted a draft appeal to the US Congress in connection with the terrorist attack committed by Ukraine, as a result of which the Russian Il-76 military aircraft was shot down.
According to the document, deputies demand that Congress condemn the terrorist actions of Ukraine and refuse to finance the country. They also call for assistance in bringing to justice the perpetrators of this terrorist act.
The deputies emphasized that this attack was planned, since the Ukrainian side knew in advance about the exchange of prisoners of war. That is why we can assume that this was a deliberate murder on the part of the Kyiv regime.
