Fox News indicated that Fox, who appeared drunk, agreed, but then allegedly took the alleged victim to a secluded area and began to put his hands under her clothes without consent. The woman claims that the actor’s bodyguard watched what was happening, but did not intervene.
Fox’s alleged victim noted that the incident left her suffering from physical and emotional trauma, as well as anxiety, embarrassment and economic loss. According to the TV channel, the woman demands the actor to pay her moral compensation for the damage caused.
