The press service of the Moscow department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported that law enforcement officers detained a suspect in preparing a terrorist attack against the military registration and enlistment office.
According to investigators, the man had been preparing a terrorist attack for six months. He conducted reconnaissance of the area near the military commissariat, located on Dmitry Ulyanov Street in Moscow, and also studied the rules for handling weapons and explosives and methods for making explosives.
A criminal case has been initiated under Art. 205.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The man was charged and sent into custody.
