The St. Petersburg team won two gold medals in the women’s and mixed pairs curling competitions at the All-Russian Spartakiad. Sports events started in Krasnoyarsk.

In the competition among mixed pairs, the St. Petersburg team beat the team from the Moscow region with a score of 8:7. Athletes from the Irkutsk region took third place. In the women’s tournament, the St. Petersburg team won in the final against the Moscow region team. The score is 6:5. Representatives of the fair sex from the Vladimir region took an honorable third place.
