“Who left does not take into account the risks,” the HR consultant warned.

“People don’t think about it,” Loikova said. “And companies are trying to get rid of the ballast… they’re looking for replacements.”

This, as Loikova explained, “concerns top positions.”

Because of the mobilization, she explained, “many companies have lost their employees who hastily moved abroad,” warning their employers after leaving that they would continue to work remotely.

And a situation is emerging in which “there are employees, but they are looking for replacements,” considering predominantly women in their places, who, as workers, are more stable.

“The situation has changed a lot over the past week,” the expert noted.

Loikova said that even in industries where the majority of workers are men, such as construction, business owners say they are ready to consider women, or those men who, for health reasons, do not fall under the mobilization criteria.

Loikova also noted that women are more “adaptable” in terms of their emotional state.

“Men are more likely to worry, close, and stress is more traumatic for them,” the specialist explained.

At the same time, she said that it is impossible to completely reorient the market towards women. “Many companies get reservations for their male employees… I can’t say that most companies tell them no,” Loikova added, emphasizing that “everyone deserves equal conditions.”
