The Social Fund of Russia has awarded 66 survivor pensions to the relatives of those killed in the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow. The attack on the concert hall on March 22 killed 144 people.

“For 30 victims, medical organizations have issued 41 sick leaves. Some of them have already been paid for by the Social Fund. Also, 66 pensions were assigned in the event of the loss of a breadwinner,” the fund’s press service said in a statement (quoted from RIA Novosti).

In total, the hotline organized by the foundation regarding payments to victims and families of those killed in the terrorist attack received 434 calls. One-time insurance payments in connection with the death of relatives were assigned to eight recipients for a total amount of 6 million rubles. Monthly insurance payments were assigned to two recipients, funeral benefits were paid for three victims.

On March 22, before the concert of the Picnic group, a group of armed people broke into Crocus City Hall. They opened fire and set the building on fire. According to the latest data, 144 people became victims of the terrorist attack. Another 551 people were injured. According to the authorities’ decision, the families of the victims will be paid 3 million rubles. Victims in hospitals are entitled to payments of 1 million rubles, and those receiving outpatient treatment receive 500 thousand rubles.
