The share of Russians expecting a salary increase in the new year has been revealed
Over the year, Russian citizens have increased their requests for compensation packages and working conditions, but their main hopes are pinned on wage growth, as reported by "Gazeta.Ru" with a link to the SuperJob survey.
It is noted that 59% of Russians expect salary increases in 2024, and 36% expect stable operation of companies. According to the survey results, about 26% of respondents would like to advance their careers next year and begin taking on new interesting tasks.
The survey data also shows that 26% of Russians hope for mutual understanding with management, and 21% of respondents dream that their working conditions will improve. At the same time, only 6% of Russian citizens admitted that they have no expectations from work next year.
