The second stage of the Children’s Judo League took place in the Krasnodar Sports Palace “Olympus”. The tournament was dedicated to the memory of the soldiers of the 10th Separate Guards Special Forces Brigade who died during the Northern Military District.
According to the press service of the Krasnodar region, in addition to sparring, the young athletes were treated to an exhibition of weapons and military uniforms. In addition to Kuban judokas, representatives of Crimea, Rostov region, Ingushetia, Adygea and Stavropol region took part in the tournament. In total, 350 young men showed their abilities at the Olympus Sports Center.
“By holding such competitions, we increase the skill level of athletes, raise a healthy generation ready for new victories,” said Deputy Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Alexander Vlasov.
