The Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation will provide support for the opening of the sports space.
The head of the Ministry of Sports of the LPR Oleg Shereneshev took part in a round table held at the Forum “We are together. Sport”. As part of one of the discussions, the head of the department announced the opening of Sergei Karyakin’s chess club in the Republic.
The sports space will operate on the basis of the school sports club “Chess Academy”, and specialists from the “Our Sport” foundation with the support of the Russian Ministry of Sports will equip and continue to supervise the club.
Previously it was reported about large-scale repair work that will be carried out in building of the Yunost Sports Palace in Lugansk this year.
