The second court refused to consider a claim for 1 billion rubles against Anastasia Ivleeva

The Tagansky District Court of Moscow refused to consider a class action lawsuit against blogger Anastasia Ivleeva and PJSC Mobile Telesystems (MTS), filed due to a party with an almost naked dress code. The lawsuit was filed by a group of citizens led by actor and producer Alexander Inshakov.

The plaintiffs demanded compensation in the amount of 1 billion rubles from Anastasia Ivleeva, and $1 billion from MTS. As explained in press service court, the claim does not provide confirmation that “Ivleeva A.V. and PJSC ”MTS” are common defendants in relation to each member indicated by A.I. Inshakov. groups.”

In addition, as the court found, it does not follow from the statement of claim that all the persons named in it “are united by one common interest and the grounds for such membership, the statements of accession attached to the claim do not contain confirmation of the choice of each member of the group of the same method of protecting rights.”

The plaintiffs planned to transfer the amount specified in the claim to the state fund for supporting participants in the military operation in Ukraine “Defenders of the Fatherland.” In January, a lawsuit with the same demand was filed against Anastasia Ivleeva in the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow. Court didn’t accept lawsuit due to lack of information about blogger registration.

The lawsuit calls a party with an almost naked dress code, which took place in the Moscow club “Mutabor” on the night of December 21, vulgar and unacceptable during combat operations. Officials and social activists drew attention to the video and photos from the party and criticized the guests.

Anastasia Ivleeva apologized for the inconvenience caused by the appearance of the stars, and promised to donate funds from the event to charity.
