The SBU suspected the leadership of the Kyiv enterprise in deliveries to Rosatom

The SBU opened a criminal case against the leadership of the Kyiv Central Design Bureau of Valve Building. The reason was the possible supply of the company’s products to Rosatom in circumvention of the sanctions.
In the Telegram channel, the departments specified that the SBU employees exposed a Kyiv company that assisted the sanctioned Rosatom to build five nuclear power plants in different countries.
“Since February last year, this company has exported products worth UAH 42 million to the territory of the Russian Federation. Criminal cases have been initiated against the general director of the enterprise and two of his subordinates. They are accused of “complicity with the aggressor country,” the Security Service of Ukraine noted.
It is noted that the sanction of this article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to 12 years.
