Balance: Armed Forces of Ukraine did not create bridgeheads in the area of Antonovsky bridge
Acting Governor of the Kherson region Volodymyr Saldo in his Telegram channel said that the Ukrainian military did not create bridgeheads in the area of the Antonovsky bridge.
Recall that earlier Ukrainian media reported on the landing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the left bank of the Kherson region. According to them, the Ukrainian military made an attempt to gain a foothold in this territory.
“The enemy did not create any bridgeheads in that area and he does not have any offensive potential. Over the past two days, the Russian military sank six boats, on which they tried to cross the Armed Forces, for further landing at the pillars of the Antonovsky bridge,” Saldo said.
He clarified that there were about 30 Ukrainian servicemen on these boats. Among other things, last night Russian soldiers destroyed a boat on which Ukrainian militants tried to evacuate from under the bridge to the right bank.
