The government has established a scholarship named after the physicist Valiev for undergraduate and graduate students
From September 1, 2023, Russian students and graduate students will be able to receive a scholarship named after Kamil Valiev, one of the founders of the scientific school in the field of microelectronics. The decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
There are 50 scholarships for students at 55,000 rubles a month and 30 scholarships for graduate students who will be paid 75,000 rubles a month.
It will also be available to authors of scientific publications and research papers in the field of the electronics industry, as well as winners and prize-winners of competitions, participants in the federal project “Training of Personnel and Scientific Foundation for the Electronics Industry”.
Kamil Valiev (1931-2010) – Soviet and Russian physicist, academician of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR and the Russian Academy of Sciences. He is rightfully considered one of the founders of the Russian scientific school in the field of microelectronics.
