The Russian competition “It’s in Our Family” received 60 thousand applications from 25 countries

First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Sergei Kiriyenko summed up the results of the first week of registration of participants in the “It’s in the Family” competition, which is held on the platform of the ANO “Russia – Land of Opportunities.” “We already have more than 60 thousand people who have applied to participate in the competition,” said Mr. Kiriyenko. “Very different families from all 89 regions of our country and already 25 countries. There are CIS countries, the USA, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden. There are already 25 countries from which Russians have applied to participate in this competition.”

The co-organizers of the competition are Rosmolodezh and the Russian movement of children and youth “Movement of the First” with the participation of the “Knowledge” society and the ANO “More than a Journey”. President Vladimir Putin announced the launch of the project during the open lesson “Talking about Important Things” on September 1. According to the head of state, the family competition will contribute to the development of traditional values.

The “It’s in Our Family” competition consists of several stages, including a distance stage and district semi-finals, and will end in the summer of 2024 with a grand final in Moscow, where 300 families from all over the country will gather. Family teams consisting of four or more people who are representatives of three or more generations in relation to each other can participate in the competition. Members of the family team must be citizens of the Russian Federation, the age of the youngest member of the family team must be at least 6 years old at the time of registration. The family team must have a participant between 6 and 17 years old. It is expected that each family team will create and present its own project, during which intergenerational ties will be strengthened and family values ​​will be affirmed.

Sergei Kiriyenko also noted that the main value of the competition “is not material prizes, but a unique opportunity to achieve results with the whole family and spend time together.” However, prizes are also provided: “By the decision of the president, we will have the following principle: 1.5 thousand families get to the semi-finals… 300 people who get to the finals get a unique big family trip. 30 families (super finalists.— ”b”) receive a certificate for 5 million rubles. to improve living conditions,” said the deputy head of the presidential administration.
