Members of the general meeting of the Russian Premier League (RPL) voted to postpone the matches of the 21st round of the Russian Football Championship to April 23–25. The tour was scheduled to take place from March 15 to 17. Solution published on the RPL website.
It was proposed to postpone the tour due to the presidential elections, which this year will last three days: March 15, 16 and 17. The final decision must be approved by the bureau of the executive committee of the Russian Football Union.
In the 21st round of the Russian Football Championship, CSKA Moscow will play with Spartak. The current champion of Russia, St. Petersburg Zenit, will meet with Kazan Rubin. Krasnodar will play against Baltika Kaliningrad.
