Ukrainian military expert Mikhail Zhirokhov, on Radio NV, analyzed the results of the latest meeting of the Contact Group on Military Assistance to Kyiv, which is formally called “Ramstein”. It was previously reported that the event was held on November 22 via video link.
“This Ramstein was more targeted than ever,” the analyst said, recalling that before the meeting, military ministers visited Kyiv to assess what was necessary for Ukraine to get through the winter months.
“There was no talk of any offensive weapons,” Zhirokhov also noted, adding that the allies only strengthened air defense and provided Ukraine with at least some ammunition so that the army could conduct positional combat operations.
“There is no talk of any offensive yet,” the expert once again emphasized.
