The condition of a 19-year-old student may worsen in a pre-trial detention center
The nephew of the famous killer Ali Belkhoroev, sentenced to 20 years in prison for the murder of the famous businessman Shabtai Kalmanovich, was arrested on Tuesday afternoon by the Nikulinsky court of the capital for hooliganism. The young man, according to investigators, stood up for his cousins, who had a conflict with a girl in the yard.
As MK learned, 19-year-old Abdulla Belkhoroev, a 2nd year student at RUDN University, was detained the day before when he was returning from training. Together with him, his 17-year-old brother Askhab, a college student, was detained, but in the end only Abdulle was chosen as a preventive measure. True, the young man’s relatives claim that he is not involved in the scandalous situation. Moreover, he stutters, he has several chronic illnesses, so in a pre-trial detention center the young man’s condition can noticeably worsen. At the same time, Abdullah’s relatives did not hide the fact that he communicates with his young cousins - the children of the notorious gangster.
The conflict itself, because of which the student ended up behind bars, occurred on the evening of September 23 in the courtyard of a house on Michurinsky Avenue. A 2nd grade student complained to her parents about a boy who interfered with her walk and hit her with a stick. Dad and Mom went downstairs, talked harshly to the boy and broke his piece of wood. After this, the child complained about the adults to his mother and cousins, Askhab and Abdullah. They called the girl’s father for a conversation, a fight ensued, during which the man’s nose was broken. After receiving medical care, the victim was released from the hospital, but he admitted that he still cannot speak normally and suffers from bouts of nausea.
