Kommersant named the reasons for the court’s closure of the club that hosted Ivleeva’s “naked” party
The reason for the court’s decision to close the Moscow club “Mutabor” for 90 days, where blogger Anastasia Ivleeva’s “naked” party took place, could be the lack of thermometers in the beer warehouse, cracks on the walls, as well as traces of rodent activity. Kommersant reports this.
It is noted that the hearings on Rospotrebnadzor’s application for violation of sanitary and epidemiological requirements were held behind closed doors in the Lefortovo Court of Moscow.
At the same time, the newspaper, citing its sources, claims that the sanitary department provided the court with materials from an inspection at the establishment, which revealed signs of the presence of rodents and insects carrying diseases on the premises, as well as improper disinsection treatment. Traces of dirt and dust were found on the walls, floor, ceiling, bar counters and equipment.
The condition of the club premises as a whole was assessed by Rospotrebnadzor as “extremely unsatisfactory.”
The day before, on January 10, the Lefortovo Court of Moscow suspended the work of the Mutabor club for 90 days.
