Gas was brought into the house quickly!

On the territory of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra, the social gasification program is being implemented by the regional gasification operator Gazprom Mezhregiongaz LLC – a single center for all issues related to the supply of gas communications to the border of plots with households.

And most importantly, this stage is done absolutely free for residents. Also, this gas operator is engaged in conducting communications directly to buildings with all the ensuing work on generating the necessary documentation, laying and installing a gas pipeline on private territory, inside the house, connecting equipment, etc. According to official data, 12 preferential categories can take advantage of gasification subsidies. And over the past few years, 129 families of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra have benefited from such support.

The family of Alexander Viktorovich Nosonov, who lives in the city of Yugorsk, connected their house to gas on January 23, 2023.

“Unfortunately, we don’t have any benefits, but we thought that this would be the best option for us anyway.” After all, earlier, before the start of the program, people were offered to bring communications to the boundaries of the site at their own expense. Those who were richer could shell out 5–7 million for such needs. But there are no millionaires among us,” says Alexander Viktorovich. – I think our President simply made a breakthrough decision. Incredible development has begun in our area. Private industries are opening: bakeries, grain dryers, and greenhouses are being built. And all thanks to this preferential program. All this should have been organized a long time ago. After all, our country has a lot of resources, rich subsoil. The people should use them. You can’t spend money on this!

The wife of Alexander Viktorovich’s son enters the conversation.

“My father-in-law gave us a big gift – he gave us a plot of land. Moreover, he helped build the house. Together with my husband (son of Alexander Viktorovich), they erected the building, already understanding that it would be gasified in the future,” says daughter-in-law Olga Ruslanovna. – There are no comfortable living conditions in the new house yet. But the process of improvement is moving forward. The main thing is that my favorite builders – my husband and father-in-law – installed heated floors in the house, just as I wanted. Why this option? It’s simple! Firstly, if the house has a warm floor, then even in mild frosts you don’t have to turn on the radiators. Secondly, my children love to play in grand style, as they say. They are usually located on the floor: they design, make, or fantasize something. Thirdly, they say it is very useful to walk barefoot on the floor after waking up early in the morning. And we now have all the conditions for such luxury.

– How did the gasification of your home go?

– There were no problems. Despite the fact that there was a lot of running around with the design of everything. After all, the fact is that the father-in-law took the plot at an auction. It was carried out by the local administration. This land attracted him because it was located within the city. In general, Governor Natalya Komarova ordered the creation of a new microdistrict here for large families and low-income people.

The categories of those who participated in multi-purpose programs and stood in line for housing were also considered. This area is absolutely not bad. It’s just being moved in. Only five houses have been built on the new street so far. But there is a school and kindergarten nearby. In general, everything is within walking distance. And since we have two children, the proximity of infrastructure is very important for our family,” says Olga Nosonova. “We all really hoped that the plots would be offered at a low cost at the auction. And so it turned out. The plot turned out to be five times cheaper than the price of the same one, but in the city center. With this saved money we started construction. At Mezhregiongaz we were asked to present a lease agreement for the plot, as well as a certificate of ownership of the house. After the design of the building, a decision was made very quickly on gasification. I rate the quality of work as excellent. Gas was brought into the house quickly. The process of connecting to gas was clear. The pipe was not run along the top, but underground. The equipment is now working flawlessly. So everything is great.
