REO: the culprit of the dump of chicken eggs near Omsk faces a large fine
It became known what punishment faces the organizer of an unauthorized dump of chicken eggs in the Omsk region. Izvestia was told about this by the press service of the Russian Environmental Operator.
REO General Director Denis Butsayev recalled that environmental legislation prohibits the dumping of production and consumption waste on soil, water and subsoil. Administrative liability is provided for this offense.
If the culprit turns out to be an individual entrepreneur, he may be fined 50 thousand rubles or his activities may be suspended for up to 90 days. The fine for legal entities can be up to 400 thousand rubles or consist of suspension of activities for a similar period, the publication’s interlocutor explained.
He added that the person responsible for organizing the dump will be identified by the competent authorities after appropriate checks.
