The man was fined 3,000 rubles

Abuse and offensive epithets addressed to his ex-wife brought the 52-year-old Muscovite to trial in the prosecutor’s office. A family quarrel common to many citizens received a legal assessment and became the reason for bringing the boor to administrative responsibility.

As MK learned, a resident of the Ryazan district of the capital complained to law enforcement agencies about insults from her ex-husband. The lady showed a correspondence in one of the instant messengers, which was full of offensive words. In particular, her ex-husband called her a “zombified puppet,” her mother a dishonest mother, and the whole family a “crooked little family.” Also in the correspondence there were expressions of “scoundrels like you” and “bitchy lack of culture.” As it turned out, the man was offended that his wife, in his opinion, was creating obstacles in communicating with the children. The ex-wife did not tolerate such statements. Based on the results of the inspection, the Kuzminsky interdistrict prosecutor opened a case against the citizen for an administrative offense under Article 5.61 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (insult).

As MK was informed by the Kuzminsk Interdistrict Prosecutor’s Office, by order of the prosecutor, the man was brought to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine of 3 thousand rubles.
