The materials were sent to the Butyrsky District Court of Moscow
The lawyer of the accused Mikhail Khachaturyan, who was brutally killed by his three daughters in 2018, told MK about another attempt by the ICR to send the case to court.
As defender Georgy Chuguashvili told MK, the Prosecutor General’s Office approved the indictment against Mikhail Khachaturian for the third time. As a result, he was posthumously charged with three episodes under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Violent acts of a sexual nature”, “Illegal production and circulation of pornographic materials” and “Deliberate infliction of grievous bodily harm.”
– This absurd conclusion was pushed through with three attempts. I have filed a motion to have the case reviewed by a panel of judges. If the court accepts the materials, then professional judges will face a case that is unique in its lack of evidence, where in most episodes neither time, place, nor method has been established, even elementary investigative actions have not been carried out, except for interrogations of the victims, commented lawyer Chuguashvili.
