The Russian Prosecutor General’s Office claims that calls to minors have resumed from Ukraine. According to the department, the calls are made with the aim of provoking explosions in multi-storey residential buildings.
According to press release The Prosecutor General’s Office, in addition to calls to telephone numbers, also sends messages to children in instant messengers and social networks. “We recommend that parents once again discuss with their minor children the rules for handling household gas equipment, as well as the dangers of communicating with strangers on social networks and by phone,” the department added.
Russian security agencies have repeatedly claimed that calls are coming from Ukraine about mining of buildings in Russia, in particular courts, schools, airports and train stations. Last week, messages about impending attacks in Samara schools were sent en masse through parent chats. The government of the Ryazan region stated, citing the FSB, that the Ukrainian special services were involved in the publication of similar messages.
