The incident on the set of the film “Rust,” starring Alec Baldwin, occurred in the fall of 2021. In the script, Baldwin’s character fires a gun that turns out to be loaded with live ammunition instead of a blank. Cameraman Galina Hutchins became an accidental victim of the bullet.
