From the date of receipt of the summons from the military registration and enlistment office (both in electronic and paper form), the citizen will be limited in obtaining bank loans, leaving Russia, using transport and registering it with the traffic police. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation noted that the unified register of electronic summonses will start working this year and will begin to operate by the autumn call.

On July 6, the head of the traffic police of Russia, Mikhail Chernikov, announced that his department would introduce additional restrictions for dodgers. According to him, citizens who evade conscription into the army will not be able to pass the exam for a driver’s license. He clarified that the State traffic inspectorate has the ability to track data on Russians who did not appear at the military registration and enlistment office.
