Thus, the procedure remains the same, but the term “technical passport” is excluded from the definition.
In addition, the procedure for registering redevelopment will change. After completion of the repair work, the owner of the premises must contact the relevant authority that made the decision on the redevelopment and submit an application for completion of the work. Then it is necessary to draw up a technical plan, after which the administration will conduct an inspection and issue an acceptance certificate within 30 days. After this, all documents will be transferred to Rosreestr.
