To prepare two servings of lunch with cutlets and mashed potatoes, you need 400 grams of minced meat, one chicken egg, onion, four potatoes, 50 grams of butter, 25 milliliters of vegetable oil, herbs and salt. The average cost of such a set of products in July was 254.54 rubles.

For a month, eggs from this composition of products rose in price by 12 kopecks, to 7.85 rubles. per piece, and potatoes – by 0.084 rubles, up to 18.53 rubles. Onions fell in price by 1.1 rubles, other products fell in price slightly.

Last year, such a set of products cost 262.52 rubles. After its cost began to decline, but at the beginning of 2023 it began to grow again. In June 2023, a set of products cost 254.31 rubles.
