In Russia, thanks to the introduction of advanced technologies and engineering developments and competent management decisions, the volume of housing construction is growing, large-scale infrastructure projects are being implemented in different regions, the congratulation says. Separately, Putin noted the “great, selfless” work of builders in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics and the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.
