Current Philippine President Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr. has reported encountering paranormal activity and “ghosts” in the presidential palace when he was a child. His words are quoted by the Inquirer newspaper.
On the occasion of last Halloween, he talked about how he and his friends “hunted ghosts.” According to him, when one of them was about to open the door to the toilet, before he took hold of the handle, it swung open. At that moment it was two o’clock in the morning.
Also from his memoirs, Marcos Jr. told how the chandelier in the house was shaking and chairs were moving. At that moment, he kept thinking that someone was watching him. He noted that he could feel it, especially when walking up the stairs.
The current head of state is the son of ex-dictator Ferdinand Marcos, who held the position of power in the Philippines from 1965 to 1986.
