The President of Russia instructed to follow the plans of Poland towards Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the director of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) Sergei Naryshkin to monitor Poland’s plans for Ukraine. The head of state stated this during a meeting with permanent members of the Security Council.

“Sergey Evgenievich, I hope that your service, as well as our other special services, will closely follow the development of events,” the president said.

During the meeting, Naryshkin said that the leadership of Poland was intensifying its mood to impose control over the western territories of Ukraine. According to him, this can be framed as “the fulfillment of allied obligations within the framework of the Polish-Lithuanian-Ukrainian initiative in the field of security – this is the so-called Lublin Triangle.” Naryshkin said that such “dangerous plans” of Warsaw should be closely monitored.

Putin noted that a regular military formation is being created, which can then be used for the “subsequent occupation of territories” in western Ukraine. “After all, the prospect is obvious – if the Polish units enter, for example, Lviv or other territories of Ukraine, then they will remain there. And they will remain forever,” the Russian leader noted.

The leaders of Poland, according to Putin, dream not only of Ukrainian territories, but also of Belarusian lands. Since this is part of the Union State, Russia will be ready to retaliate. “The unleashing of aggression against Belarus will mean aggression against the Russian Federation. We will respond to this with all the means at our disposal,” the President stressed.

Earlier it became known that Polish Minister of Defense Mariusz Blaszczak decided to transfer military formations to the east of the country in connection with the joint exercises of Belarus and PMC Wagner, which Minsk announced on July 20.
